These wips can becomes so boring, another hair here, a blemish there, crawling along at a snails pace. So thought I would show a picture of me drawing this thing so you can see the size of it. This is a large one, most of my drawings are smaller but I like this size it gives it a real presence to the work. This last weekend I gave a drawing demo at an art event. Jeremey my model, is on the top of the image with sunglasses on, he modeled for me for a while and I worked from reference photos as well. I am drawing from the side so people can see me work (quite thrilling I’m sure) the magnifying glasses on my heard make me look as geeky as possible as well as my snazzy summer hair cut. The next update in two or three weeks will be the finished drawing.
