Pencil on paper, I showed this one before, but the scan came from a slide and it was terrible, this scan is from the original and I think is much better.

... first thing I want to know is how did you get your model to pose like that for so long? Slow

... but seriously... once again another striking work, so full of life... I'm curious how you much you work backwards (i.e.: starting with darks and removing them to get the highlights) or if you leave your full blacks (like the backgrounds and the fabric folds) for dead last...
